As soon as we got into the last month of 5th grade, things started to change… we were introduced to the pressure and the pressure was harsh! when the 6th grade peer helpers came, they mostly talked about how hard it was to open the combination locks and how great it was to have so many after school activities. But after we moved in to 6th grade it wasn't that hard when we did it but of course not every one got used to it especially me that I know of. And I agree with the current 7th graders that the after school activities are far better than the elementary school’s. But another thing I would like to comment on is the freedom we get here, in elementary school we had to walk to classrooms with teachers but here we don’t need to, and the subjects we have even though there are only 4 in a day, they are light and gives you time to finish your homework easily (sometimes). There is a list of things that are both great and challenging in grade 6 but there is a saying time is like water flowing it passes by quickly, so as soon as you say “I’m ready for 6th grade” 6th grade will get over!!! And look at the date the 1st semester got over already!!! And tomorrow is the first day of school 2nd semester!!! Man time really flies!!! And before we know it we'll be old enough to have jobs!!!
